DOUBLE COLUMN SEMI AUTOMATIC BANDSAW MACHINE
Yash Machine Tools presents different models of bandsaw equipments with different cutting capacities. A band saw is considered to be a prominent tool applied to carry out complicated cutting requisites such as cutting metal stock, metal sheets of varying thickness, cutting tubes and pipes of different thicknesses, etc. These instruments are differentiated in terms of the saw blade provided which has exclusive cutting capacity and they are designed as per the industrial requirement. We manufacture them from supreme grade materials and are designed for metal cutting in fast mode and the cutting stays accurate. We produce different models to handle variety of metal shapes such as cylindrical, rectangle, etc.
Our double column semi automatic bandsaw machine designed by using higher grade materials which can last for long term production requirement. For various industrial cutting requisites we offer it with different cutting capacities and tooling specifications.
Model: BH4220 has the cutting capacity 200-200*200 mm and blade size is 2650*27*0.9 mm. The variation in operation capacity has also been specified in terms of the blade speed and Model BH 4220 can cut 27,45,69 m/min. It is equipped with hydraulic motor with 0.55 kw capacity.

Model:BH4220A, Model:BH4228, Model:BH4235 have similar clamping type, motor capacity and coolant pump also remains the same model. However, these three models differ in terms of cutting capacity such as 200-200*200, 280-280*280 and 350-350*350 respectively. The blade size also varies in these three models for example, BH4220A bears the blade of size 2800*27*.09mm, BH4228 bears 3505*27*0.9mm and BH 4235 bears 4115*34*1.1mm.

This bandsaw is equipped with PLC control. Model:BHS4228B and BH4235 with self-closing control panel. These models are equipped with flexible and changeable sawing mode. These are both manually and automatically operated. The PLC controller supports for overall automatic sawing process. This model has been designed with calculator digital display function to monitor the sawing operation. Above all, consumers can find both high speed and moderate speed sawing equipment and semi and fully automatic device with respect to the industrial production requirement.
