DOUBLE COLUMN SEMI AUTOMATIC BANDSAW MACHINE
Yash Machine Tools presents different models of bandsaw equipment with different cutting capacities. Model BH4220 has a cutting capacity 200-200*200 mm, and the blade size is 2650*27*0.9 mm. The variation in operating capacity has also been specified in terms of the blade speed, and Model BH 4220 can cut 27,45,69 m/min. It is equipped with a hydraulic motor with 0.55 kW capacity.

The blade size also varies in these three models; for example, BH4220A bears a blade of size 2800*27*.09mm, BH4228 bears 3505*27*0.9mm and BH 4235 bears 4115*34*1.1mm.

This bandsaw is equipped with PLC control. Model:BHS4228B and BH4235 with self-closing control panel. These models are equipped with flexible and changeable sawing mode. These are both manually and automatically operated. The PLC controller supports the overall automatic sawing process. This model has been designed with a calculator digital display function to monitor the sawing operation. Above all, consumers can find both high speed and moderate-speed sawing equipment and semi and fully automatic device with respect to the industrial production requirements.
